Dear Editor:

I have developed a plan to end the threat of coastal flooding caused by the rise of sea level.

My plan is endorsed by an expert on the subject who is a retired civil engineer from the U.S. military.

The plan is also a whole lot safer than the current solution, which would be seawalls, because seawalls would be a prime target for terrorists.

In addition to being a lot safer, my idea is also more than 10,000 percent less costly.

The most popular plan will only make a few billionaires a lot wealthier and will become a huge impediment, instead of enriching soil for millions of farmers and increasing the crop yield on tens of millions of acres for farms around the world.

I have directly contacted at least 60 senators, mayors and governors throughout the United States by phone and with letters from the civil engineer and myself, but we were summarily ignored. What can I do? Write to P.O. Box 65, Saguache, CO 81149.
