Salida Regional Library will feature the work of Salida High School art students during December.

The pieces were created by students in Foundations Art I, Foundation Arts II, Advanced Art and the Advanced Placement Art and Design class.

Artworks range from students’ weekly sketchbook assignments to in-class projects to the sustained investigation portfolio, one of three portfolios required for the Advanced Placement Art and Design class by College Board.

Students used a variety of media and subject content in creating their pieces.

The Salida High School art exhibit will be on display from Dec. 1 through Dec. 31.
