Allison Dages, daughter of Tom and Julie Dages, is a senior at Buena Vista High School.
Alli finds interest in the science department, particularly physiology. She hopes to pursue a career in athletic training as she can create relationships with athletes while working to treat and prevent injuries. For college she hopes to stay close to family and the beautiful mountains of Colorado.
Alli is dedicated to her education and has maintained a cumulative 4.0 GPA throughout high school. This year she dual enrolls in two college classes through Colorado Mountain College, and she is currently serving as Secretary of BVHS’ Honors Society. Aside from academics.
Alli greatly enjoys athletics, for she has participated in soccer, softball, volleyball, basketball, and her newly-found passion: track & field. This previous year she and her relay teams placed in four events at the State Championships. She is passionate about running and striving for excellence, especially for the glory of God. Additionally, Alli works alongside her church as a youth leader and enjoys creating relationships with the girls she mentors.
Mrs. Naegele, her anatomy and chemistry teacher, comments, “Alli Dages is one of those rare individuals who brightens a room when they enter. She is intelligent, funny, caring and has a delightful zest for life that is contagious. It has been a wonderful privilege having her in my classroom.”
