Randal D. Hendricks, 60, died June 15, 2005, in Hutchinson Hospital, Hutchinson, Kan.

Mr. Hendricks was born June 27, 1944, in Sterling, Kan. to Delbert E. "Dub" and Dilcy Ellen Royer Hendricks.

He was a Hutchinson resident for 35 years and was formerly of Alden, Kan. He was a retired Reno County Deputy Sheriff.

Mr. Hendricks was a 1962 Alden High School graduate, attended Sterling College, Sterling., Kan. and Columbia Bible College, Columbia, S.C.

He married Terry Blansett Sept. 5, 1995, at the Iron Chest Mine in Chaffee County.

He was a member of the Walnut and Campbell Church of Christ, Hutchinson; Reno County Sheriff's Office Fraternal Order of Police; Green County Cruisers, Oklahoma and Toyota Land Cruiser Association, California.

He is survived by his wife, Terry Blansett; four daughters, Cheri Mullen-Hastert, Kimberly Watkins, Kelli Burkes and Misti Bright all of Hutchinson; two brothers, Floyd Dean Hendricks, Elkhart, Ind. and Boyd E. Hendricks, Alden; one sister, Daisyann Anderson, Newton, Kan. and nine grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. June 20, 2005, in the Alden Grade School Gymnasium. Minister Bob Phipps will officiate. Burial will be in Alden Valley Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Reno County Sheriff's Office Fraternal Order of Police in care of Sillin Funeral Home, Seventh at Jefferson, Sterling, KS 67579.
