A tanker carrying a load of wax turned over near on U.S. 50 near the Rincon recreation area about 3:30 p.m. The road was closed, but one lane is now open.
CDOT opens one lane following tank truck roll over


Colorado Department of Transportation personnel have reopened one lane of U.S. 50 between Salida and Howard following a tanker truck roll over west of Rincon recreation area at about 3:30 p.m. today.

Contents of the tank is wax. The truck was leaking anti-freeze and diesel fuel from its saddle tanks, according to reports.
