Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following applications:

Zone: Rural and Commercial
Request: To subdivide 79.45 acres into two lots with the minimum being 2.57 acres. Wells and on-site wastewater treatment systems will serve the property.
Board of County Commissioners Hearing: Tuesday, April 14, 2020, starting at 10:00 a.m., to be held in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room, 104 Crestone Ave., Salida

All interested persons are encouraged to attend one of the public hearings or submit a statement with opinions and comments on the proposed land use change.
