Search and Rescue receives AEDs

Evan Brady, president of Chaffee County Search and Rescue South, accepts a donation of three automated external defibrillators (AEDs) from Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center. Brady said the organization was happy to get the AEDs, and they will be put on the organization’s primary response vehicles for use by both the north and south Search and Rescue teams. Linda Epp, HRRMC outpatient clinic manager, said the units were recently replaced when the hospital district standardized all of its units.
