The Monarch Quilters will meet Monday at Poncha Springs Town Hall, 333 Burnett Ave.

Networking, coffee and treats will begin at 9 a.m., followed by the 9:30 a.m. meeting and program.

Cyndi McChesney, a National Quilters Association certified teacher, will present a trunk show and workshop, “Math for Quilters.” Her workshop will “take the mystery out of how to resize your own quilting blocks,” according to a press release.

Anyone who wants to try quilting or simply enjoys seeing beautiful finished work is welcome to join the group, which meets monthly. The first visit is free.
